New van colours!

That's awesome! In these parts I don't even put my number on my vehicle. Anything that might set a vehicle apart makes it a target. Until I get a shop, I can't risk it...

wow, really? Sounds a little harsh in that part of the world. Guess we're very lucky, but we do have criminals and that's why the van is emptied every night.

It is harsh... I live in the center of Canda's oilfields, and we've always had loads of thieves. But mass layoffs and low oil prices mean people resort to more crime to survive...  I have had tools stolen before, and recovered some at pawn shops. But having 9K of Festool items means I simply can't risk it.

In Some of the larger car boot sales in North LOndon. You can see vans with thousands and thousands of pounds worth of top spec tools for sale .Crime against builders ,crafts people etc must be terrible .

Not just odds bits and sods etc, 10-20 Hiltis in cases, frestools and dewalt gear. some almost brand new . "Same types" always selling them etc .

There is one guy i heard of that sprays EVERY TOOL  no matter what Day glo pink .He does not care .the whole case, batteries the lot get spayed. He then reccons it would be harder to steal  and sell etc

just not right the way hard working professionals have to take all types of precautions in case they're targeted. Pink is the way forward

Very smart to take advantage of the appearance of a premium brand, I like it a lot.
Regarding the inside, that goes without saying is just superb  [eek]

The TS55 on the side does that also displays the festool name, I can't really tell.
I would have removed any word saying festool, just displaying the saw without the name festool is enough.

thanks for those words and yes once they'd taken the image from my ts55, I got them to blank the word festool out. "Great minds think alike"
