This looks interesting ........................

[popcorn] [popcorn] [popcorn]

Looks like an interesting way to change things up a little from all of the Festool Live shows.

I look forward to it as I have faith that this video will be informative, to-the-point and entertaining like most of Festool's new products' marketing productions, and unlike so many long-winded YouTube woodworking videos.

Ya, this could be very interesting especially if they get into the durability testing that's done. I'd also like to see some video on the various tool repair/recon stations. I wonder if they will mention the guide rails?

Good video series I like and enjoy brents build series wish they’d make them more frequent

"In this episode, Chris Stoller, Customer Service Manager, gives us a look at the Inside Sales Department, which handles many tasks related to customer experience and supports our Festool dealers across North America."

The video offers little to nothing about the "Inside" or the "Department." Is the video supposed to be much longer?

Well that was a bit underwhelming... [crying]...let's hope Episode 2 is better.

Agreed. So much unlike their usual new product marketing videos (great action shots and music...so inviting (enticing?) that you really want to open your wallet for the toys).

I definitely want to see more angles and shots of things like the CT being sprayed down or the bouncy treadmill for quality testing the CT wheel systems.

Same with that shop talk series.

He only has a couple of people whose name I recognize and are inspiring.

Rest of them I get bored after the 1st 15 mins or so......

I wonder how they select the craftsman to spotlight?

We have some very good craftsman over the years here Id like to see spotlighted.

Ill continue to keep checking it out see if its worth watching.
