It's time! I just have no place in my workshop. The Systainer I found quite handy at the beginning, but now they are inconvenient.
I have cabinets with drawers in the size of the systainer. Pull open Systainer, take the machine out, close Systainer, reinsert it ... It's too complicated.
And gave away place! Mostly fit 2 machines in a Systainer.
I want to change that fact. In the form of large drawers in the cabinet.

Here is my first design. The drawers slides have a length of 700 mm. Full extensions.
On the MFT / 3, I do not want to do without. Therefore, I will get the upper part of the table on a stable drawer cabinet. In addition, similar types a drawer cabinet for static electrical parts such as vacuum cleaners, VAC SYS pump ...
Birch MP 21 mm. ABS edging, ...

The sheets of plywood I have picked up from the timber merchant and already banded with an ABS edge. It went really fast with the CONTURO.
The drawers should be flush with the outer edge of the table. That's why I cut the edges in the thickness of the drawer front. 19 mm. For the rear wall 10 mm.

The drawers slidesI have not taken from Hettich ( Euro 27,00 ), because that would have been too expensive. I have therefore bought the slides by MULTI SLIDES Teleskopschienen24.de ( Euro 12,50 ). Length 700 mm, full extension. Let's see how they are handled.

---
Today I initially fixed the table of MFT on the cabinet. In addition I have to cut this under the feet of the table to screw small pieces of wood. This prevents the shifting of the table. This is sufficient, since the weight of the table is large.
---

---
Then I started to build the drawers. In addition I have cut all usable wood residues. I still have so much wood residues. This must go. Even if the thickness of the timber is different.
The purchased slides of the drawers have proven to be very good. I will buy again !!
---

Today I have quickly provided the drawer fronts with an ABS edge and also does the same milling for the shell handles.
Then I attached the drawer fronts.

Yes, it is true! The inlet handles are not centered.
I could say, "Hey, there's no way ensure that the handles are closer to my hand!".
This is not so. I had measured the first milling wrong with the template. Lest I had to re-build, I milled the second drawer front with the same dimensions.
For the drawers I need more wood. Ordered it in my timber merchant.
