They are here!
With the Red Wings hopefully putting the Blackhawks out of business was a great way for them to enter the 1st round.

Lets hear it, who's gonna win the Cup?

Da Red Wings are my pick  [big grin]

Vancouver is very good, I would say that the top 4 teams in each conference have a real chance at the Cup. Should be an awesome playoffs!

Go Vancouver Go!

It's been a very long time since 1915 which is the one and only time that Vancouver won the Stanley Cup.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but it's obvious that the penguins are taking home the cup!!!!! [not worthy]

I'd like to believe that but.....  I admit I'm completely out of the loop this year on the NHL.

GO VANCOUVER!!!!!!!!!!!!  GO VANCOUVER!!!!!!!!!!!!  GO VANCOUVER!!!!!!!!!!!!  GO VANCOUVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a dye in the wool life long bleed-red Wings fan, I'm sorry, but they are a long shot this season. Tops in goals against of any playoff team and a D prone to sloppy lazy play, a goalie who is young and prone to at least one or two softies a game... we are toast. It shames me that a team with the most awesome D for many years is now so weak and sloppy in their own zone. The Wings losing to Phoenix is a real possibility in my mind. Not rooting for it, but it could happen. However, even if they do make it to the second round, it will end there. Everyone left has the Wings number.

I hate to bring down the Canucks fans, but the Sharks have been on fire the second half of the season. They are an offensive power house. If we see a Vancouver - San Jose series, perhaps WCF, that will be some amazing hockey.

In the east? Who cares. It's like third world hockey over there. The winner of the West will dominate whoever they play!  [big grin]

I like a good playoff season, but the last 3 seasons, the Sharks have been in form going into the playoffs, only to choke when it matters the most.

Some great games have been played...

The Wings domanated the first 2 periods and almost choked in the end [scared] but escaped.

Boston??? same old same old? But the Habs are looking strong. Price may be that goalie who gets hot.

I normally like the Red Wings, normally a very classy organization, but I just cannot root for a team that has Todd Bertuzzi on it.

I agree with that, I in no way think Chicago is coming back to win but 7 goals is bad bad bad ..
