Odd sized shelf pin holes

Hey all -

My shop uses sleeves for shelf pins, which require various unusual hole sizes. In order to use the festool system to bore the holes, we need router bits in fractional metric increments - I think the 2 I'm looking for are 6.5 and 7.5mm. I've found these sizes online, but they have a 10mm shank (for a line boring machine, I'm assuming). Does anyone know where to get 8mm shank router bits for these uncommon diameters? Alternately, does anyone know if Festool makes a 10mm collet that they aren't selling in the US?

Thanks!

About the collet: for the 1400 they sell a 10 mm version as an accessory; article number: 492139  (fits the of2000 aswell); I don't know if it's available in the US, but it does exist.
