Light hobby use. This unit was serviced by Festool a few months ago and still has ~18 months of warranty. In addition to the router, the follow accessories are included.

There is a minor issue with the Angle Arm. When I frist purchased it, the fine adjustment seemed stuck and upon dissasembly the spring/helicoil popped off the knob. Should be an easy fix but have been pulled away from my hobbies recently/never got around to calling Festool for the correct part. I have used it without the micro adjust without issue plenty of times.
