OF 1400 EQ rattle noise in base?

Hello, I bought an OF 1400 EQ and I noticed a rattling noise as I pulled it out of the systainer.  It seems to be coming from the base area, like maybe some loose screw under the base.  I've read the faqs and support stuff on Festool's site and did a search here but didn't get any hits.  I was wondering if anyone has experienced this.  I'll wait a little bit before I remove the hard fiber base.

is the sound coming from under the replacable slippery(sorry for the technical term , not sure is it UHMW or what it is) plastic part.  did you take this part off to see was there a loose screw in there.

I called support and removed the base, unfortunately no loose screw there.  It sounds like there is something that moves about 1cm in the base or possibly one of the columns.  It could be a stray screw or spring or ?.  I took it back to the dealer and ordered another.

I appreciate this site and it's members contributions, it's certainly a fountain of Festool knowledge.
