Detail for my OF 1400 router table

Here are the SketchUp pics using the domino for joining all the parts.

My workbench made making the top much easier

The OF 1400 fits in easily and the dust collection is not bad at all

My Table is based on the Oak Park one

If anyone is interested the Shetchup file is at ftp://ftp.meekings.net/Woodwork/
the file does not have the hard wood edging or router plate support or the melamine top.

The reason these are not included is that I didn't need them for my own build. They aren't difficult to add if you want them. I can't at the moment as the router table is 3000 miles and 3 months away.

It looks pretty good. I think adding a door would help the dust collection.

It might increase the suction and is worth a try.

Though it would make the hight adjustment more difficult.

Currently I am using the standard stops and a lever under the top of the OF 1400 and that works well.

What's that you're using for the duct hose?  Looks a lot like that flexible Natural Gas tubing they use in newer houses here in the US (in spite of the fact it was discovered lightening storms can cause microscopic punctures and cause the house have a Natural Gas explosion eventually...)
