I was planning on ordering an OF1400 and I saw everyone online in the reviews saying that it comes with the fence guide. When I look on Amazon it shows that the things most often bought together with the OF1400 is the fence guide and the FS rail guide.

Is the guide included?

I buy almost everything from Amazon, but never my Festool stuff!
Obviously - Tom beat me to the punch, but you'll get a lot better support and knowledge from a local dealer or one of the top notch online shops (Tom @ Tool-Home, ToolNut or Bob Marino).  They tend to have their sites laid out a lot better - usually gives you more information about contents than the main festool site!

I buy my Festool stuff through Hartville Tool. There shipping and packaging is fantastic. The only local FT dealer to me is Woodcraft, and they usually don't have what I need in stock.

Awesome - Hartville is great.  I buy all my Whiteside router bits from there so you're in good hands.
I just wanted to show Tool-Home's site because they do a great job of photographing all the accessories that come with the tools.
I admittedly find some of Festool's naming conventions a little ambiguous some time.  For example, the piece that lets you attach the router to the rail is called the "guide stop" which didn't seem intuitive to me

Hartville is about a 45 minute drive for me, but I usually get to their hardware store for the tool show and sale they put on twice a year (next one is in two weeks).  The people at Hartville are really nice and they have been really helpful with tools in general, but my experience has been that dealers active here on FOG who specialize in Festool, like Tom at Tool-Home often go the extra mile to offer great help and advice especially for someone like me who is still new to Festool.  YMMV.
