OF 1400

Hi everyone,

Festool newbie/already a junkie here. I have a three part question concerning the OF 1400:

1. I bought a 240v OF 1400 from a fellow FOG'er last week. What is the best way to adapt this to 110v?

2. Will the OF1400 powerful enough to handle 3 1/2" raised panel bits?

3. Will the OF 1400 fit into any router lifts other than the CMS?

Easy questions. 

1.  Get a step-up transformer.
2.  The OF 1400 has the power to handle 3-1/2" bits, but not the space internally.  As I recall, the largest bit that will fit is 2-3/4".
