Of1400 door hardware

Hi Guys

Im about to do hang 8 doors in my house.
When it comes to the latches I plan to use my trend lock jig with a 30mm bush and 12mm cutter.
I normally used my trend t11 for heavy routing but that lives in my bench. It’s much more convenient to grab my of1400. Does anyone else regularly fit locks with the 1400 or regularly perform 65mm deep pockets?

I use the souber dbb morticer with my pdc18 for those. If the bit you have for the trend also fits the of1400, just give it a try.

Aren't the hinges made for a radius of 9mm = 18mm bit?

(Assuming you use rounded hinges, because who wants to remove that last bit in the corner by hand...)
