Hi,
Here are some office cabinets that I built for my home office. All of the joints were of course made using the Domino. The doors, as you can see, are inset, and use Blum hinges.
I raise the top and bottom panel about a quarter of an inch, which acts as a door stop. The inside panels are flush with the face frame, allowing the use of European hinges.
The stain colour looks better in person. I obviously favour a nice wide face frame !
