Amen...over the last 5 6 days I've actually accomplished something.  [doh]
 
I called Festool again this afternoon and left a message.  I have no idea if any progress is being made. Perhaps [member=6061]festool[/member]usa can offer some insight. [member=101]Festool USA[/member]

Not wanting to bite the hand that feeds, but in this day and age a website running so poorly for so long is extremely unusual.

Especially more so for a global company the size of Festool.

I came to do a drive-by 'Unread' click then go do *waves hands* something... I said 'wow' aloud when it came back instantly, way faster than pre 14.4kbps modem days...
 
Whereas this incident is over I am going to lock this topic.  Thank you to [member=101]Festool USA[/member]  for fixing the issue.
