Online Vac Sys registration

Tried to register my Vac Sys using the Festool USA website. The "Type of Tool" field does not offer a category the includes a "model of Tool" that lists the Vac-Sys. So how do I included the Vac-Sys in my list of tools?

You can find it under the "Clamps" Category.

Yeah, we've been meaning to create a new category for it. "Clamps" is technically the best fit for it, but it should probably be somewhere easier to find.

So I was just wondering, when (if) a dealer registers a tool for the customer, is there any way to link that over to the end users account on the Festool website?

For example, I bought my Vac SYS from Tool Nut, don't know if they registered it with Festool directly as a dealer, but it is not on my current tool list in my account.

Not currently. However, we are in the process of rebuilding our website, including our tool registration process. We're hoping to streamline some of this functionality on the new site.

Then Festool needs to fix something as there is no CLAMPS category on this screen capture. You need to select the link "guided tool registration form" to be able to access the "Clamping" Category. The default form does not have the "Clamping" Category, see screen capture below.

You'll need to do it from the main registration page:https://www.festoolusa.com/account/register-tools/

It's showing up there.

I'll look into why it isn't showing from the My Account registration.
