Only 100 packs of 5" abrasives?

I'm merely a hobbyist. I just bought my first sander in a Rotex 125. In order to do any project just about, I need 80, 120, 180, 220, 320 and 400. Maybe not even 80. But my sander was $400 (I sell them) and the abrasive discs are like $50/bx. I don't want to spend $250 on sandpaper when I just broke the bank to get the sander. Am I crazy here? Does anyone break them down and send smaller boxes? I'm asking my rep to sell me a multi pack but there has to be a way around this.

Festool branded? They don't have it in the catalog and they're so particular about their resellers I'm not sure we could get away with breaking the boxes down to smaller quantities.

Try Bob Marino...he sells 10-packs of Granat from 40 through 500 grit.

Wow! Looking at those prices, I think I can get 100 for the price of 25 with toolnut. Thanks for the info John. I guess its just like the rest of the Festool line. Just bite the bullet.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have 80, 150 and 220 right now. I suppose I'll buy three more boxes to get me up to 500 and call that good enough. Any further would be job specific.
