I ordered new brushes for my Kapex. I really needed to get it up and running to meet a deadline. They sent the wrong brushes. When I called and explained the situation, they immediately overnight the correct parts. Once again, even when things went wrong, they made it right, right away. I just can't say enough good things about their customer service. [big grin]
