How do I order parts? Also when you mouse over a part and it says quantity 2 and a price does it come with 2 of this part for the price or is it each for the price? Thanks

Hi,

    Welcome to the forum!  [smile]

The EKAT is just for obtaining part numbers and diagrams. Prices are listed in one of the columns in the list below the diagrams. Though I would double check price when ordering. Once you figure out what you need you can call the Festool service number to order them or have a dealer order them. Not sure about the # and pricing but it looks like it is the price for the quantity shown. But I would check quantity etc. when you call to order.

The price is each, and the quantity is how many are required in the whole unit.

You can see this for yourself by searching for a particular part number - on different models the part number and cost will always be the same, but the quantity will change depending on how many are used in the construction of that model.

Garry is right, first time I ordered a replacement screw I thought I would get 4 screws for €1,20. Turned out I got only one.  [crying]

If you get two of something for the unit price, it will show the 2x in the picture (or 4x or whatever) as below for item 2.

Thanks guys, thats what I thought, I did do a search kinda figured it out. Was hoping quantity 2 was for the price listed, wishful thinking. Trying to cobble together an MFT/3 can't justify the $$$ for one of those. Thanks
