Other uses for MFT hardware

Hi all,

I finally gave in and removed the MFT rail brackets and fence assembly from my table. It's too much work to make sure it's square, and I am more than happy with my TSO rails squares and parallel guides.

Is there anything useful I can do with the parts? I imagine the fence at least will be useful, but what might one do with the other components? I suppose I could try to sell them, but I doubt they are worth very much

This might not be much help but I ended up just selling mine as I went a similar route with TSO products.

Not sure what parts you are referring to.

Are you speaking of the fence, rail hinges and mounts, and protractor?

If so, yes people will buy them.

I added a full mft3 system after hearing back from
Festool customer service that I was not able to order the protractor unit for my existing base mft.

I wonder what all that would go for. I have the protractor, fence, flag stop, and the other fence support piece I would get rid of. I did a quick search on the classifieds but didn't see the setup for sale to gauge a price. I'm keeping my hardware.

Would probably want to sell it locally regardless so I don't have to ship the fence.

Any ideas on an asking price? Hopefully that's not breaking rules on this particular forum thread.

Yes, I was referring to the hinged parts and protractor and fence.

I would like to sell it, but I have no idea what a fair price would be, and I am also constrained to selling locally as I don't want to be fussed with shipping.
