Any recommendation for paint that dust won’t stick to? Would like to do a white that helps light the space on plywood or T111 but know dusty walls is a thinn ive dealt with on drywall shops so wondering if there’s something good I can coat it with?

Unless your ply or T111 is smooth I don't think it will matter much what coating you put on it.

Nothing will fill all those crevices to the extent that sawdust will not find a home there. You'd need glass smooth walls and even then static charges on the dust particles will cause it to adhere to just about any surface.

I think coating could help with removal by keeping the dust from penetrating into the wood grain/fibers but it won't prevent it. Then you could use a shop vac to clean the walls occasionally.

Being anal about collecting/stopping dust at the source would probably do more. I use my shop air cleaner AFTER a work session. If I run it while I am generating sawdust it will tend to spread whatever it does not trap. But afterward with no air movement other than what it creates I think it does a better job. Mine has a adjustable timer on it so I can set and forget it.

I agree with Bob D.  Trap the dust at the source.  I use my dust extractors as much as possible, and my garage shop stays fairly clean.  Nice photos, you gave me some good ideas !
