Parade of Homes,

Truly magnificent work Tom!  If I show this to my wife I'll have to start my house all over.

Banquet was last night, one Best Kitchen award. Builder took 14 out of 16 categories.

Did all the casework for this home and another for the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes. Both homes were completed in about 8 weeks.

Unbelievable output Tom. I would have loved to have come down and helped you out. I think I would have learned a thing or two...did you spray all the cabinetry with Kem Aqua or something else? If so are you using the airless? Looks like a great space to work in.

KA+, was the finish.  Surfacer was shot through a AAA, white was shot through a Triton, grays Fuji connected to a pot.

Tom,

Good large-scale project here. About how long were you on this?

Curious if you're using different sprayers for different finishes because thats what they are best at or what you had on hand at the time?

Is the lumber sourced S4S or raw and taken through?

Which reminds me... I need to go through iPhoto and delete all my old Parade of Homes pictures that were inspirational but will never come to be.

:-)

AAA next on my list. Should have got one to start with. Still happy with my Fuji system, very versatile and convenient. You can get exceptional finish with clears and stains in particular. To get the best off the gun finish, I find I really need the pressure pot when spraying KemAqua+.

Looks great Tom. Are you using the Graco 395 finish pro II as your AAA, or another unit?

Yes it is 395 FP II.

I just fired up (like 2 hours ago) a Merkur I bought used, spraying pigmented KA+. Pretty impressive.

On the parade homes I used, the 395, Triton and the Fuji. Which one depended on what I was shooting.
