Parallel Guide modification

I bought the parallel guides.  I think that they are easy to use, but the calibration and setup leaves a LOT to be desired.  There are two primary changes that need to be made in my opinion:

1) have an indicator arrow on the stops that overlaps the measuring marks, so there's no guess work as to whether or not you're really lined up at 143mm (or whatever measurement).
2) machine 1mm teeth into the insides of the guides and the stops for the stops to mesh in to - this way, once you've calibrated the guides, you'll ALWAYS have moved the stops in exactly 1mm increments.

That's what I'd like to see changed.
