I read back on prior posts about the sticks not being accurately machined in earlier sets and was wondering if this is still an issue? Did Axminster fix the manufacturing issues? I'm thinking of getting the Mark II to replicate my 1080 top.
I have the MK2 version and am very happy with it. However, here is a recent thread by [member=79269]narco[/member] who has what appears to be a bad set. Unfortunately, he hasn't provided any information where he lives or where he bought the kit, so there's no way to tell if it was one of the early MK2 versions or a later version. https://www.festoolownersgroup.com/other-tools-accessories/parf-guide-tolerances-not-that-great/
Friends, if you buy a Parf Guide Mk 2 from TSO and it does not meet your expectation, simply return it for a refund - no problem. TSO also carries replacement parts to help as needed.
If it says AXMINSTER, UJK or Parf and you need help,- just lets us know: info@tsoproducts.com
