This isn't a question for Festool.  Rather it is a posting for future readers needing parts.

If you need parts and your tool or accessory is not included in the Ekat system available online, please call your local Festool Service Department and ask.  Don't make the assumption that parts are not available.  They have an extended ekat system.

Yesterday I went looking for a couple of parts for my Parallel Guides (not on eat) that came loose and disappeared in the back of my truck.  I contacted Festool USA and got fabulous service.  Thanks Brad!

Thanks for the suggestion Peter. I recently dropped the sliding table for my CMS GE and need a couple of the plastic wheels. Good to know where to go for them.

That's interesting; when I asked about the clear flap for attic Systainer³s, they sent me the same page from EKAT I can see showing that though there's a part number (10694278), because there's no price associated with it that means they can't order it.

Sometimes 'unavailable' parts are part of a subassembly (if I am not mistaken for these the number-in-a-box designation in the EKAT illustration is coloured red) and these can be ordered.

As Peter suggests...call Festool Service. They've helped me order parts that don't even have a part number attached to them.
