parts catalog down? need filter and bags for CT36E

I have a CT 36 E HEPA vac. It doesn't seem like it's in production anymore. I'm in need of a main filter and a bag filter (and possibly a disposal bag??). the instructions aren't very good and lack parts diagrams. Can anyone help with finding these parts? Does anyone know if a car air filter can be used in place of the main filter? I looks just like some air filters i've replaced TIA.
