Parts needed for mft table

I have a mft table 2008 vintage, ive broken the black plastic handle on the non hinged track support on the table  i also need the mounting hardware for the handle. The allen bolts and claw or hook. Do i have to buy the whole apperatise or can i order only parts needed. Cant find them in catalog. Please give part numbers so i can purchse thanks gregd

With this being a 2008 tool, it could be either the MFT/3 or the MFT 1080. Could you upload a photo of what you're missing to help us identify you what need?
