Pegboard isn't something I work with much. I've been working on a new work table in my free time and am getting close to routing the holes in the top. I bought the woodrave jig and spent some time checking pegboard locally. I haven't found any that has holes straight and square with each other. For those who have used the woodrave jig for custom MFT tops and gotten holes straight and square with each other, where did you get the pegboard from? I live in Atlanta.

I had a similar difficulty, where the pegboard I sourced at the local Home Depot was ill-fitting for the Woodrave jig -- the pins at the bottom of the jig were difficult to fit into some of the holes. In the end I gave up on the idea that I could produce CNC level precision holes with the jig and just muddled through. I'm happy with the results, but I would never use the hole pattern for rail alignment or to check square.
I am not sure where the pegboard I used came from but I think it was Home Depot. The holes were not perfectly aligned. They obviously moved less than the diameter of a hole from one end of the sheet to the other, less than 1/4 inch in 8 feet. Because of that, I did not expect squaring jigs to work. But they do. I cannot detect any out of square. I believe that may be due, at least in part, to the relatively small error in hole placement compared to the size of my squares. Square layout is also relative to each other, not whether the holes are in a perfect line. In any event, it worked out better than I expected.
I do not use dogs to align my rails for crosscuts but I may try that too. So far I just draw a line with a square and cut to it. Or I use a Ron Paulk style crosscut jig.

My HD only sells 1/8" pegboard so I went with Lowes since the have 3/16.
The Lowes pegboard was completely out of square.
On the 48" side the holes were about 1/4" out from one side to the other...
So I scrapped that idea and went with 16" square polypropylene pegboard from Home Depot.

I used the pegboard and a centering pin in my router to align with the center hole of the pegboard.
Then I picked a few peg holes and with a centering hinge-bit I drilled pilot holes in the phenolic router plate.
I enlarged the pilot holes on the drill press and tapped them with 1/4 threads.
Then I ground down the heads of 1/4 socket head screws on the drill press to fit the holes of the plastic peg board.
I used this 20mm bit for the dog holes:
20 MM Drill Dia Carbide Tipped Cylinder Hinge Boring Bits
and this 10mm - 1/2" collet adapter to fit my router:
Amana Tool RB-120 High Precision Steel Router Collet Reducer 1/2 Overall D x 10mm Inner D x 1 Inch Long
My 1" Ultra-Light MDF cutting slab came out great.

I don't have the jig, but I have used pegboard on several different occasions
The local box stores do not have much to offer. I go to a local lumber yard and ask for 1/4" TEMPERED pegboard. Tempered is a little higher quality - they add a thin film of linseed oil and then bake the board which makes it harder and gives it more rigidity, tensile strength, etc.

Thanks for the info. I ended up getting a sheet from a lumber yard in Tucker. The only downside was they wouldn't sell me a partial sheet, so i had to buy the full thing. I set the remnant aside to build a storage thing for my wife's craft room once I finish up some contracts.
