I assume there will be a TS55 trade-in program for a nominal fee?   [big grin]

Now why would you want to get rid of your "Vintage" Edition?  You do know Festool items gain in value once discontinued ;)

*coughcough coffee and donuts... *cough maybe small trivia game for prizes... *cough  ::)

Ahh so that sounds like you giving away a TS 55 REQ as a door prize or something, :-) cough cough [big grin]

So some of the more important pictures... of the very few I took... (sorry guys)... I think are these, showing the new dust channel built into the TS55R.  It's amazing seeing how virtually clean it is inside, especially knowing that this is a Festool Rep's Demo-Use saw.  The fact that we JUST ran it too, prior to opening it up, makes it all the more impressive.

just kidding.  maybe someday we'll give away something bigger... come to think of it... last time we gave away Streamlight flashlights ;)

I'm afraid of asking for photos of your cat and turning this into a cat thread...  [embarassed]

While the Meet & Greet was meant to feature the TS55R, I suppose one interesting approach / question one of our clients brought up was the possibility of mounting a CT MINI/MIDI to a SYS-ROLL.  Attached is a photo of us goofing around, but actually does seem to work.  Perhaps a second strap to securely fasten the entire column would make it ideal.

It'd be a good idea *coughcoughFestoolcough to create a footprint on the base of the SYS-ROLL to accomodate a CT MINI/MIDI for future production runs ;)
