Planex hose

so.... I was fortunate enough to snag a CT 36 AC in the recon sale, and it comes with a Planex hose.  My question is... Does this hose work with any other tools?  If not, I will sell it or trade it for a regular hose, as I have no plans to ever buy a Planex.  Let me know.  If I won't need it, look for it in the classifieds later today.

It has the same inner diameter as the standard hose, so it should fit other tools.

I never used the Planex hose myself, so I don't know, but many people here say it is a much nicer hose than the 36 mm AS hose. You could simply order a standard 36 mm nozzle and replace the Planex nozzle.

Unless you want a 27 mm hose of course.

I use that hose regularly. It works with most tools that will take a 36mm end. Off the top of my head, it won't work with the HL 850, but I don't have one so that doesn't bother me.

Tom Bellemare (Tool Home) sells a 2' whip adaptor to convert that down to a 27mm hose that will work with your smaller tools. I bought one and love it.

That said, if you DO consider selling it please let me know? I'd like spare for my Planex...
