To anyone interested in how this sander preforms, Take it from a 33 year builder/drywaller, Don't even give it a second thought, just treat yourself to the most amazing tool combo out there.

I own most of the festool line of tools (and still buying  [laughing]  and this is the most impressive.

180 grit for mud bars & overspray, 24 grit for cleanup on floors.

The ets125 does a nice job!

I agree, ETS 125 with Brillant 2 paper.
