Planning the switch to battery powered nailers. Any suggestions?

Quick Update:  I have been using the Milwaukee nailers for about 8 months now.  I am very pleased.  Easy adjustment to set nails to the proper depth.  Easy to properly place the nails.  Good battery life.  Never had a jam. And I absolutely do not miss lugging around air hoses or the noise from the compressor.  So far so good 🤞

Nice!  What’s next on the list?

Personally I’m eyeing their new roofing nailer which has been announced but not yet available, though I have only minor justification for it.  That’ll be their first coil nailer.  Would love to see a coil siding nailer, metal connector nailer, and cap stapler too.  [big grin]

Nothing up next in terms of Milwaukee nailers for me at this point.  The three nailers I got handle everything I need so far.

I had Senco and Hitachi air nailers.

Then Paslode frame and finisher nailers.

And now a battery powered Milwaukee staple gun and a narrow crown stapler.

All great nailers for sure, but I'll purchase Milwaukee battery powered nailers when needed.

Surprised no one mentions Ryobi. Their AirStrike series are probably the best value on the market for what they are.

I also find Ryobi 18V as the go-to for specialist hobby tools - a hot glue gun or their powers scrubber are very useful things someone like Festool will never make ..

From my experience they are one of a very few cheapo makers that have quality batteries. IMO just for that they are worth it as the "low" platform in a hi-lo mix. Their nailers being of good quality are a nice bonus on top of that.
