Just wanted to say that last Friday I ordered a small part ( not available in stock and needed to be ordered ; value 23€ , so not a part that makes a lot of money for my dealer or Festool) at my local Festool dealer (Metalleuven) and to my surprise I received a call the next Monday that my piece just arrived
I must say that I was more than pleasantly surprised.
This is probably not important news, but for me this is just "super service" from my local dealer (Metalleuven) as from Festool .
