Please talk me OUT of buying ETS/c sander and AH-ES-ETS/c Edge Sander attachment

I only have about 20m of edging at the moment.
Been hanging out for an ETS/c and sander attachment to be posted for sale. Used.

Anyone know if the edge sander attachment is supposed to be used on these two profiles?

Yes, I am addicted to shopping for and buying Festool.
Not recovering.

No those 2 profiles would be better suited for a LS 130.

I mean, the edge sander is supposed to allow you to set an angle and let you sand a flat edge.  If you did that with a rounded profile like the one you showed, you would just end up flattening the profile.

Is that enough to talk you out of it?

If you have flat edging to sand, that's a different story.

No, I wil refuse to do that. That would be almost criminal. Once you have the sander you will find lots and lots of projects for it.

As for these profiles, that's not one of those projects. Why buy a sander for just two profiles. Just sand them by hand.
