I really like the MFT Slab idea. I think anyone who has access to a CNC and can pay to have it made, should support their plans, and the MFT Slab! If you need a modified version of the MFT Slab your CNC guy should be able to make those adjustments with their plans.
I really like keeping my MFT in the shop and don't like to drag it out to worksites, so a portable MFT top is a great idea on workstands. I made this one with the Woodrave boring template and a handle template which is sized for the handles, CT hose cut outs and recesses for dropping your dogs into so they don't roll off the table. I already dropped a cut line with my TS55.
