Porter cable 42700 precision router edge guide - for 7518, 7529, 75369, 7537,7539
This is a nice precise lead screw version still in the blister pack new. Plastic package has a small cut in it, but the unit is perfect.

These are really hard to find right now m I beleive they stopped making them. This is NOT the 426990 for the smaller PC routers, this is for the larger 3.5 HP Porter Cables.
