Possible T18 battery problem-need advice

Just received my brand new T18+3 drill kit. According to the manual both batteries are shipped fully charged. Checked them out on the drill & one battery only had 2/3 charge. Placed it in the charger & when charger indicated battery fully charged I put it back on the drill. Drill charging lights still indicate 2/3 charge. Does that indicate a faulty battery that I should contact Festool service about or will it reset itself after usage & a complete charge? Anyone have this same experience?

Heck no use the thing for a week first, get it through several cycles of full use and full charge. I bet it starts working perfectly.

Leave it on the charger longer.  I know it's not a drill battery, but when I got the syslite, I charged until the green light was solid, light performance (time) was poor.  Someone said to leave it for a couple hours.  Did that and never had a problem again.

LiIon batteries aren't really 100% charged when the charger light says they are.

They are pretty close to full after the initial 30min. - 1 hr. charge , but not 100%.  They need to charge additional time to get the last bit full.  Use them as suggested and then let them charge overnite and see what happens.
