Power/vac clips?

I've seen photos of people using small clips that hold the Plug-it cord onto the dust extractor hose, but I don't seem them listed as a Festool product.  Anyone know where I can get some of these?

I use velcro strips cut to length. They're cheap and work very well.

I don't believe Festool sells any clips for this purpose.  I use Velcro straps that I found at Lowe's cheap.  They're the black and gray ones if your Lowe's carries them.

If you want a semi-permanent solution I've seen people use heat shrink tubing.      Then there's the sleeve/sock idea as well.

Probably the Fein clips. The trouble with them is that they catch on any corner you drag them across. I've got a bunch, they sit in the drawer with the vac accessories and don't come out to play. They'll fit a 27mm hose, stretch over the Fein 1-1/4 hose but no way you'll get one on a 36mm or larger.

I use these, they're $3.00 for five and the perfect length to lock onto a cord and wrap a 36mm hose. Cheap enough that you can use them every 8" or so to keep the cord tight to the hose.

And no, they don't come in black or grey. But you can buy however many packs you want and just use the green ones...  [big grin]

BTW, thanks for doing the video on the LR32/Parallel guide combo, I use that a LOT now.

I prefer the 8" straps to the 15" straps.  Holds the cord securely to either the 27mm or 36mm hose.

I have those too.  But my Lowe's doesn't carry them many more and I haven't seen at the Depot.
