I ordered their variable router jig last year and prior to purchase I had asked about the availability of replacement rails and was assured that this should not be a problem for the foreseeable future. Well, in one swift stroke I managed to scar 4 perfectly good rails. It's largely costmetic, except the scale indicators are worn away in the first 1.5" if each rail. After a few email exchanges with Woodpeckers, I have new rails on the way. It did cost a little, but fair and reasonable, and the fact that they were available as replacement was nice.
And for anyone wondering, using a bearing guided router bit with these types of jigs increases the likelihood of an "oops". In my case I made a final depth adjustment and forgot to check the collet clearance. Turns out it cleared the jig by -1.0mm give or take. Negative clearances are bad.
