I am looking for guidance about what pressure pot pressures to use with various fluid viscosities to feed a 4-stage turbine sprayer..

For example, about what pressure would be applied to 2 gallon pressure pot to feed latex primer to a Fuji 4 stage with #6 aircap set?

Depends on ambient temperature and paint viscosity.

SW Super Paint @ 70ºF 3/8" fluid line, I use a pot pressure of 20-24 psi. You'll find 20 psi is a good starting point, adjust from there.

Tom what does "3/8" fluid line" mean?

I use the same pressure range on my pot and that (no air to the gun) pushes a stream of material out about 6 to 8" before it's trajectory changes to straight down.

I use the max for my CA pot and adjust at the gun. I want the coating to move as quickly to the gun as I spray. I always do a test piece while holding the gun very lightly and spraying vertically to get a feel for how much recoil is in the gun when I squeeze the trigger. If there is a lot of over spray/bounce back I adjust the gun pressure according.
