The company I work for has Festool tools. I wanted to update firmware in the batteries. I updated one, then started updating another a 5.2Ah battery. During the update from version 7 to I think v15, at about, I don't know, 25%, I accidentally canceled the process, exited the menu, I think I accidentally touched something. Now the Bluetooth LED keeps flashing as if it's trying to connect to my phone, but I can't seem to get it to work. I can't turn the battery on or off, green lights don't appepar. The only thing that happens when I press the button is a flashing blue LED as if it's trying to connect via Bluetooth, but the phone doesn't detect the battery. Besides that, the battery doesn't work with the charger or the tool. Is there any way to fix this myself, or does the battery require service?
