Problem with zobo bit and extension removal

Maybe I was mistaken but I put the bit into the extension and drilled a hole.  Nice.  How the heck do I get the extension off now?  It’s like welded together?  There must be a trick? Like using the center punch to get the centering bit out?

These are zobo bits but sold under the protocol so I'm guessing they are the same as festool?

Anybody had this problem?

bit stuck in what was advertised as extension.  bit not yet stuck into thing advertised as extension?

got it never mind... shesh what a dumbo I was.  they are threaded inside the shaft. you just unscrew them.

I just figured it worked the same way as the center pin and centering bit.  they just would slip apart with a tap.
