Product on Cedar Casement Windows and Trim?

I'm looking for a product to apply to cedar casement windows and some of the associated trim. The casements are in good shape, a bit weathered but no rot. Some of the sills have discoloring and weathering where water settles on them due to condensation. Everything will be sanded down to bare wood prior to any finishing. Windows will be removed for finishing as well.

Any recommendations on product are greatly appreciated!

Can you deal with the condensation issue as well. Air flow over the window will help greatly.

If you want the Cedar clear and not hidden by Paint or Stain, I vote for Semi-Gloss Marine Varnish. UV resistant , Moisture Resistant .
I've used Pratt and Lambert for interior work and Epifanes for both interior and Exterior Varnishing.
