Puzzle Box construction questions...

Puzzle box plans such as the ones here are 1/8" and/or 3/16" constructions with say 2" sides.  What would be a method of cutting these small pieces accurately and repetitively with Festools? I've managed to build a box with a scroll saw, but boy, cutting straight lines for a box with a scroll saw will take a bunch more experience than I currently have.

Suggestions welcome!!
Jigs and router?
Rail saw and story boards?

I'm not sure there's a good solution that has Festool on it. I'd be looking at a band saw. Or maybe figure out a way to mount the Festool jigsaw upside down in a fixed position.
