Question about the new Festool 202097 Remote Control

I was wondering if the new Bluetooth remote control for the Festool vacs would work in the US. I was going to order one from the UK for my US shop vac and was just curious as to how it's actually connected and if the different voltage between the UK vas to the US would affect how this works.

You'll also need the receiver that is to be mounted in the module slot of the CT 27/36/48 vacs (you can do that yourself, it's just two screws). As far as I have seen it's identical worldwide, but you should check that prior to ordering.

FestoolProducts / ToolNut just started taking pre-orders, so yea Im sure it will work with the US vacs. I just pre-ordered a set myself.
