Question for pro-members from the UK who do/did work on construction sites

Hi,

I have a question regarding tools/gadgets.

Would tools/gadgets like these:

generally work on (still handleless) windows/doors/control-cabinets/maintenance doors/water taps while a house/office/appartment is still being build in the UK or do different standards apply? (If it's the latter, is there an UK equivalent to these?)

Yeah that should work fine. Most windows and doors here use a square spindle but to be honest most sites I've been on fit the handles anyway and wrap up. Utility cabinets for gas electric etc usually have a triangular spindle built in so you use the female key.
