Question on Old Emglo Compressor

I have the option of taking home an older Emglo Stationary Compressor unit that was taken out of service for a Dry Sprinkler System in our shop. I know it's not rated for higher pressure or even volume, but I was thinking about keeping in my garage as a tire filler that would save me from having to run my 5HP 2 stage unit just to fill tires or other low volume/pressure uses.
My question is this from all of you outdoor/unheated job site users who also run oil-lubed compressors for work, since it's a regular oil lubed pump, how cold can it get before Winter temps really affect its performance or even usage in my unheated garage?
Would running the newer Synthetic Oils meant for compressors help this little guy out in the Winter.  Belt driven, 1/2HP motor complete with a belt guard.
Model F unit

Unit is fine, does not need any parts. Thanks for the info. In the past I used Master Tool Repair out of VA for simple stuff for it like the foam air filters.
I found more specs for the pump, it actually will go to 125psi, it's only currently limited by the low pressure cut-out switch hooked up to it that the Fire Sprinkler system required.  so I can always change that out if needed for more PSI output.
Also known as a Breaker Pump from my reading. 1/2 HP or 3/4HP motor to run it. Output CFM is a bit over 2.0 for 1/2, and 3.0 for 3/4HP.
I'm going to drain the standard Dino 30 weight oil out and put in Full Synthetic for usage in my unheated garage.

I have a 30 year old 1 1/2 hp twin tank that I started using syn oil in about 15 years back give or take, I lived in Michigan and it was always outside. Temps between -30 to 105 now in FL, it's still going strong, just have to drain the H2O off. Yours is tankless, so it should be fine, but check the belt every so often. Brent
