I am about to replace the extension table on my Sawstop (stealth gloat) with a combo router table and MFT-like surface. Because I will be keeping a router, router plate, plus lift in the table all the time I am worried about the MDF sagging, so I am planning to put a collection of braces underneath running both directions. These braces would interfere with the quick clamp (491594) unless the braces are far enough apart -- so, my question is how long is the part of the quick clamp that is parallel to the table?
