Ok i will try this again.

I built this quickie work table and boom arm because i needed to breakdown a lot of sheets and was tired of fighting sawhorses and tripping over the hose.

2x4's, door hinges, hooks, and osb.

Very utilitarian, and very effective I am sure.    [thumbs up]

I hope you took time to mortise the hinges.      [poke]

What do you use the rectangular hook on the diagonal brace for? And did you at least clock the screws?

I was going to hang my saw on it. But with a 4x8 table i couldnt reach it.  [sad] :'(

Nope no clocking of screws either. It was a late night make it work situation.

I had the same question! A quick Google search shows this:
(Lining up the heads all pretty-like--!)

Clocking is when you make sure all the screw heads are in the same position either exactly horizontally  or vertically aligned. More relevant for slot head screws, bugt can still be done with Phillips or pozi, but obviously less noticeable.

Ah.  Learn something new every day...

[member=5864]john5mt[/member] Is that a commercial space you're working in BTW?  Seems quite spacious...

Handy item, I like it.

Clocking of screws is the process by which screws are either slightly over or undertightened in order to look pretty.
With slotteds it can be as much as a quarter turn to get them in the same direction but as Posi/Philips and whatever else its an eighth of a turns worth.
