I have a Carvex, which I love, and was going to get a Collins coping foot for it but I'm also considering picking up a RAS 115 instead.  Any thoughts from those of you that have used both/either?

I have the coping foot. For the price, it is an accessory that can't be beat. Make sure you have one of the smaller blades. The thing is really smooth.

I love my ras for scribing, I used a grinder before I bought the ras. Had it for four or five years now. Never used the Collins though.

I have both and like both for different purposes. For coping crown and other trim molding etc. the Collins is great. It does take some time to get comfortable with it but it's very quick and does an excellent job. If you get the Collins coping foot, make the crown jig, it will make life easier.
I like to use the RAS for scribing cabinet sides to the wall particularly when I am taking off small amounts of material on long runs. I found the RAS effective but not as accurate when using it to cope tight curves of a crown molding.
