Thanks.  Getting ready to remove paint from one side of my house.  Have an RO125 but this sounds like it would be better from reading comparisons/reviews.  Happy that Hartville only charged $11 shipping to Hawaii and no tax.  When I typed in code, caps didn’t matter.

How far along are you able to get in the checkout process?  I was able to add the item (https://www.hartvilletool.com/product/17337/festool-sanders-and-polishers) to my cart and add the discount promo code.  It's now asking me for the billing information, which I'm not going to enter since I'm not actually planning on buying the tool.

Are you getting an error message?

I wish I could jump on this deal, but I just ordered RAS 115 from FestoolProducts.com. I called them and they don't do price matching. They also told me that even though Festool has a 30 day "try it free" window, it's not exactly free as I have to pay for shipping the item back.

This is why my preference is to buy from brick & mortar or Amazon (and check the package!) -- don't need to pay for returns.

I don’t blame you if you have a local dealer that is well stocked and accessible on nights and weekends.  But sometimes that’s a tall order, even if you live in a populated suburbia or urban area.

For my own part, I’ve returned 1-2 items in over 6 years, which is a small fraction of what I’ve kept.  The shipping costs are negligible compared to the time off from work, hours of driving, gas and tolls I would waste on a brick and mortar.  And toolnut is one of the two or three well-stocked dealers I would visit if I was inclined.  It’s still cheaper to eat shipping once in a blue moon.
