Looking for recommendations for a knowledgeable dealer in Houston. I have the CT 26E and am looking to add a plunge saw and MFT.

Thanks,
Anthony

I had good luck at Rockler and both Woodcrafts the dealer on Ella I was never able to get anyone to help me.

Due to taxes I have pretty much been buying from online dealers I recently had a chance to deal with Bob withhttp://www.bobmarinosbesttools.com/ and u think I have found my new go to dealer.

I'm located in NW Houston and have a pretty good selection of there products I now use for hobby use.

I live in Ohio and have bought from Tom Bellemare .  Heis in Austin  Texas .

Great guy.  Lots of knowledge !

I live in Galveston County and delt with both Tom Bellemare and Bob Marino and they are both great and very knowledgeable.  You will get free shipping from both dealers, but Tom does sell nonFestool stuff which is not free shipping.  You can avoid sales tax from Bob being an outta state dealer, but if tax isn't an issue you can get it from Tom and get it the next day, with ground shipping.

If you want to try before you buy you can stop at either Woodcraft or Rockler and they'll give you a hands-on demonstration.  Adviso.  All Festool tools can be returned no questions asked within 30 days either way.

I'm not sure you can go wrong with any dealer that is on the FOG.  I think you would find every dealer on here can help you with any info or purchase.

I've bought from Bob, Tom and the guys at Toolnut.  Highly recommend all of them.  All have lots of knowledge and LOTS of inventory!

I recently bought from Bob and he is great before and after the sale. In addition to the tax savings, if you have a Discover card, they have a 5% cashback bonus right now for online purchases. 12% savings vs. buying local made online the easy decision.

You should check your state income tax form before you decide if state sales tax would not apply. The Indiana state tax form asks specifically if you purchase an item out of state or through the internet. If you have and answered no, you have falsified a legal document. This may not be bad for an individual, but I deduct all of my tool purchases as business expenses. I prefer not t be charged with tax evasion and fraud, so I just pay the taxes. Only difference between this and when I bought my truck out of state, is I had to pay the sales tax when I registered it and purchased my plates.

Another vote for Tom Bellemare.

Tom
